Net Sales

Net Sales in ezPulse represents the total revenue earned from both service (including memberships) and retail (product) item types after adjusting for discounts, loyalty redemptions, and refunds.

This metric gives you a complete view of your business’s actual sales performance, the true amount of money retained after all customer adjustments. It combines both service-based and retail-based revenues to show your total net earnings.

Net Sales serves as one of the most critical performance indicators in ezPulse. It helps track the overall business trend by reflecting the real sales revenue that contributes to profitability.

Net Sales = Net Service Sales + Net Retail Sales

Example: Let’s say during a day, your business recorded:

  • Net Service Sales = $345

  • Net Retail Sales = $135

  • Net Sales = $345 + $135 = $480

This means your total net revenue across all services, memberships, and product sales after applying discounts, loyalty redemptions, and refunds is $480 for the day.
