Combo percentage
Combo percentage in ezPulse represents the percentage of service visits that included both service and product purchases. It measures how effectively your team is cross-selling retail products during service visits.
A higher Combo percentage indicates better synergy between service and retail performance. It shows that guests are more frequently buying recommended products during their service appointments.
Combo percentage= Combo Visits / Service Visits
Example: If there were 10 Service Visits in total and 3 of those visits included both service and product items, then
Combo percentage = (3 ÷ 10) × 100 = 30%
This means 30% of your service visits included at least one product purchase, showing good cross-selling engagement.
