Manage Facebook Reviews with HyperConnect
HyperConnect allows you to seamlessly connect your Facebook page to your HyperConnect account, making it easier to collect and display customer reviews in one place. By linking your accounts, customer reviews left on Facebook will automatically appear on your HyperConnect page, helping you build credibility and attract more customers.

Connect Your Facebook Page to HyperConnect
Launch HyperConnect.
Click the Settings icon and navigate to the Reviews tab.
Click Connect to start the integration.
A Facebook login page will appear. Enter your credentials to sign in.
You will see all the pages associated with your Facebook account.
Choose the Facebook business page you want to connect to. Click Save.
Once successfully connected, you will see:
A confirmation message indicating your Facebook page is linked.
Your selected Facebook page name displayed under the Facebook section in the Reviews tab.
A ‘Green dot' appearing next to the page name and the status displayed as Connected. It indicates that the page is successfully mapped.
Where to See Your Facebook Reviews in HyperConnect
After connecting your Facebook page:
On the timeline page, go to the Reviews tab to view the synced. All new reviews posted on Facebook will automatically appear here.
Check the Analytics page to track review volume and response rate. All the reviews from Facebook are fetched exclusively through API-based integration.
