Center level online booking setup for Webstore
The center-level online booking setup allows administrators to configure booking-related settings that are not available at the organization level. These settings control how information such as sidebars, promotions, and hours are displayed on the online booking page.
At the center level, click Configuration.
Navigate to Online Booking > Online booking settings > Online Booking Setup.
To apply organization-level CX v3 settings to your Webstore, select the Apply same settings as defined under organization catalog - V3 settings checkbox.
Configure custom Header and Booking page terms and conditions:
To display a custom header for Webstore, in the Custom header (HTML) field, enter the HTML code.
To display terms and conditions on the guest's end, in the Booking page T&Cs field, enter your terms and conditions.
Configure Sidebar: The sidebar is the section displayed next to the booking and purchase panel. It can be used to display text, images, promotions, offers, and hours of operation.
Membership side bar label : Add a label and enter a text or an HTML code for the information you want to display. You can also use this field to display promotions and offers.
Series package side bar label:: Add a label and enter a text or an HTML code for the information you want to display.
Side bar label: This field can be used to display guest-facing information such as center images or promotional banners, center name and address, contact details (phone number and email), and hours of operation (by day). To update any of this information, update the corresponding HTML code in the Side bar field and click Save. Example: To update the hours shown on the online booking page, modify the timings for each day in the sidebar content and click Save.
Deals side bar label: Add a label and enter promotional or deal-related content using text or HTML code for the information you want to display.
Click Save.
Impacts and considerations:
Enable Deals setting is available for your center when you enable deals at the organization level.
You can also use the sidebar fields to display promotions and offers. To display or hide offers for the selected sidebar, enter text in the show/hide fields.
The show/hide feature appears only while browsing a website from a mobile device. It appears when the side banner contains information while setting up your webstore.
To check how your sidebar promotion appears online, click the magnifying glass icon on the right of the sidebar text field. This displays the preview of your sidebar on your online store.
Enable appointment slots across nearby centers
After enabling the Allow guest to book appointment in nearby locations you must select all the centers that will appear as nearby centers from the center level settings.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Navigate to Online booking > Online booking settings.
Click Online Booking Setup.
Turn on the Enable Appointment Slots Across Nearby Centers setting.
To specify the nearby centers, from the Select Nearby Centers drop-down list, select all the nearby centers.
Click Add.
Click Save.
When your guests book an appointment on the Webstore, they can click View availability at nearby locations to check the available time slots in the nearby locations for booking the appointment regardless of the availability at their preferred center.
Enable user consent for card on file
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for an select Online booking setup from the Online booking settings section.
Click Combined setting for Webstore V2 and CX V3.
To capture the guest's consent each time their card on file is used, select the Enable user consent for card on file check box.
To display the terms for taking the user consent for saving the card on file in the User consent for card on file textbox enter the text.
For example: I understand that my card details will be saved and used in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy.
Click Save.
Enable deposit disclaimer
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select Online booking setup from the Online booking settings section.
Click Combined setting for Webstore V2 and CX V3.
To display a disclaimer on the screen when a service with a Deposit fee is selected, choose the Enable deposits disclaimer check box.
Enter the text in the Deposit Disclaimer textbox.
Click Save.
Display cancellation policy on webstore
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select Online booking settings from the Online booking section.
Next, select Online Booking Setup. The Combined setting for Webstore V2 and CX V3 will appear now.
To display cancellation policy on webstore, in the Cancellation policy field, enter the text.
If your business allows the cancellation of appointments on the Webstore, you can display a disclaimer text to your guests stating the terms and conditions for the appointment cancellation.
Click Save.
Enable membership cancellation requests online
Businesses can allow each center to individually control the availability of the online cancellation feature in their Webstore.
At the center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select Online booking setup from the Online booking settings section.
Select the Enable request for membership cancellation online checkbox.

You will see this option only if the Request for cancellation button for memberships is enabled at the organization level.
