Clone an employee

  1. At the center level, click the Employee icon and navigate to Employees > Employees.

  2. Search for an employee record using their first name, last name, phone number, email, employee code, tag, username, or nickname.

  3. Click the name of the employee.

  4. On the Edit Employee page, click Clone.

  5. Enter the new employee's details, such as first name, last name, email, and mobile phone.

  6. Select the configurations you wish to copy over to the new employee profile.

  7. To ensure that Zenoti sends a reset password email/text message to the new employee, select the Send reset password email/text check box.

  8. Click OK.

    Important

    The employee schedule and configurations in the catalog tab are not copied to the new profile.

Alternatively, clone an employee directly from the Manage employees screen.

  1. At the center level, navigate to Employee > Employees.

  2. From the Manage Employees screen, hover over the employee name to reveal the copy icon.

  3. Click the copy icon to Clone employee.

  4. In the Employee Code field, use the auto-generated code or manually enter a custom code.

  5. Enter the First Name of the new employee (required).

  6. Enter the Last Name.

  7. Enter the Email Address.

  8. Enter the Mobile Phone Number and choose the correct country code.

  9. Select the Gender from the dropdown menu.

  10. Create a unique User Name (required).

  11. Check the boxes next to the configuration(s) you want to clone from the existing employee:

    • General Tab Configuration

    • Security Roles

    • Services Configuration

    • Product Commissions

    • Membership Commissions

    • Package Commissions

    • Commission Configuration

    • Pay Rates Configuration

    • Send Reset Password Email/Text

    • Catalog Configuration

  12. Click Clone.
