Modify commissions employees can earn from selling products, memberships, gift cards, and packages

  1. At the center level, click the Employee icon and navigate to Employees > Employees.

  2. Search for an employee record using their first name, last name, phone number, email, employee code, tag, username, or nickname.

  3. Click the name of the employee.

  4. Click the Commissions tab.

  5. In the Commission levels section, enter details such as Cancellation commission scaling factor and No show commission scaling factor.

  6. Select the category, enter the revenue range and commission %, and then click Add.
