Bulk update

You can update multiple products at once directly from the Product Masters listing page.

Deactivate products in bulk

If you have a product that is temporarily not in use, you can go ahead and mark it inactive for your center and remove the vendor-product association. This means, that the product will not be available for your center for any inventory-related transaction.

You can perform this action on multiple products at a time.

  1. At the organization level, click the Master Data icon.

  2. Navigate to Products.

  3. From the Manage Products screen, search for and select the product you wish to deactivate.

  4. Disable the Active toggle button.

    The selected products should have the same status to perform this action.

  5. To confirm the deactivation, click Confirm.

To deactivate a single product, select the required product and click the more icon next to the Active status. Click Deactivate.

Impacts and considerations

  • If you have raised a purchase order for the product or you are running an audit, you cannot make the product inactive. You must wait until these transactions are complete.

  • To deactivate multiple products for your organization at the same time, fill out the Product Center association template and send the filled template to support@zenoti.com.

  • If your account is still in the implementation phase, please share the completed bulk upload template with the Customer Success Manager or other point of contact assigned for your enterprise.

  • Mandatory fields in the template are highlighted in green. Ensure all mandatory columns are completed and filled properly before sharing. The remaining or optional fields can be empty.
