Turnaways report (v1)

Center managers can use this to track the turn-aways during a date range.

  1. At the center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Turnways report.

  3. Select the desired filters.

  4. Click Refresh.

Column

Description

Employee Code

Unique code that identifies the employee

Guest Name

Guest associated with the turn-away

Mobile Number

Mobile number of the guest

Date Requested

Date on which the guest wanted an appointment

Start Time

Time at which the guest wanted an appointment

End Time

Time at which the service ended

This is auto-calculated based on the start time and the total service time.

Service

Service requested by the guest

Service Price

Price of the service requested by the guest

If therapist-specific pricing is applicable to the center, the report shows the service price specific to the requested therapist.

Service Time

Service time defined for the service

Recovery Time

Recovery time defined for the service

Request

Guest has requested for a specific therapist or a specific gender for the therapist

Therapist

Therapist that the guest requested for, if any

Reason

Reasons selected for the turn-away

Created On

Date on which the turn-away was created

Created By

Employee who created the turn-away

Last Modified On

Last date on which updates were made to the turn-away

Modified By

Employee who last updated the turnaway
