Enable automatic fee collection when card is on file

By enabling these settings, fitness studios can directly collect various fees from students if their card details are saved in their profile. For this feature to work, the student's payment card details must be saved on file at a center.

Save student's card on file

At the center level, click the Guests icon, and select the Manage guests option.
Search for and locate the required guest by entering a name, contact number, or membership code.
To edit guest details, go to the First Name column and click the link.
To locate the Payment Accounts section, select the General tab and scroll down.
From the dropdown, select the Credit Card option and click Add Account.
On the Add Payment Account page, enter the required information:
- Address Line 1 and Line 2: Enter the address used for billing purposes
  Billing address information is essential for verifying the identity of the account holder and ensuring that the payment is processed accurately. It's also used for security checks and fraud prevention.
- City: Enter the city name used for billing purposes
- Zip code: Enter the zip code used for billing purposes
- Country: Select the country for billing purposes
Click Submit.
On the Card Information page, click inside the Card Number field and swipe the card to record the card details.
If the card reader doesn't read the card, you can manually enter the card details. Enter details such as Card Number, Expiry, and Name on card fields.
Click Submit.
On the confirmation message pop-up, click Ok.

The payment processor for the center must be configured to view the section in the guest profile.

Collect cancellation fee automatically when card is on file

At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select the Collect cancellation fee automatically when card is on file setting from the Fitness section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save

Collect no-show fee automatically when card is on file

At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select the Collect no-show fee automatically when card is on file setting from the Fitness section.
Enable this setting.
Click Save
