Zenoti Wallet - Account Closure Notice for Inactive Wallets - Business FAQs
Q. What’s happening?
A. Some of your current or former employees who hold a Zenoti Wallet may receive an email notification informing them that their wallet is scheduled for closure. This applies only to wallets that have maintained a zero balance and recorded no transaction activity for more than 60 consecutive days, in line with our banking partner’s account maintenance policy.
Note
No action is required from you as an employer.
Q. Who is affected?
A. Only employees or former employees whose Zenoti Wallet has been inactive (zero balance, no transactions) for 60+ days. Employees with an active wallet balance or recent tip activity are not affected and will not receive this notice.
Q. What does the Closure Notice tell your employees?
A. Employees receiving the notice will be informed that:
Their wallet will be closed 30 days from the date of the notification email.
They can retain their wallet by funding it before the closure date via ACH transfer from a personal external bank account.
If they choose not to retain the account, it is recommended they download any statements they may need before the closure date. Post closure, statement requests will need to be raised with Zenoti support.
If the wallet is closed and they wish to use Zenoti Same Day Tips Payout with a new employer in the future, they will need to set up a new wallet at that time.
Q. How can employees access their wallet?
A. Employees — including those who have since left your business — can access their Zenoti Wallet through the myZen app at any time:
Active employees: Log in using regular business credentials.
Former employees: On the myZen login screen, tap “Not working with your employer? - Access Zenoti Wallet” and follow the prompts using the email or phone number registered at the time of wallet creation.
Q. What if an employee has questions?
A. Direct them to the Zenoti Help Center or ask them to reply to the notification email they received. Zenoti’s support team will assist them directly with any wallet-specific queries.
