Enable tracking of guest visits

You can track the check-in history of guests who visit your center.

Required roles: Owner, Administrator, or Manager with access to center settings

Required permissions: None

  1. At the center level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for and select the Enable and track guest's visits setting from the Fitness section.

  3. Enable this setting.

    The Visits tab is visible on ZMA, Roster, and Web View only when this setting is enabled.

  4. Click Save.

Impacts and Considerations

  • The Visits page lists information such as guest details, check-in time, and membership details along with any notifications for the guest profile.
