Enable specific reports
Reports can be viewed by employees only if it is enabled for their role.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode can enable reports.
Reports V2
At the Organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Navigate to Reports > List of Reports.
Expand Reports V2.
Expand the respective sections to view and enable the reports under it. For example, expand Employee section to view all employee related reports.
Select the checkbox against a report to enable it.
To customize the columns in a report from the Actions column, click the Customize hyperlink. All the columns for the selected report appear here.
Select or clear the columns according to your requirement.
Click Save.
Reports V1
At the Organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Navigate to Reports > List of Reports.
Expand Reports V1.
Expand the respective sections to view and enable the reports under it. For example, expand Sales section to view and enable all sales-related reports.
To enable a report, select the checkbox against it.
Click Save.

If you are unable to view a report, please check if that report is enabled at the organization level for your role.
