Integrations Sync Status report (v2)

Accountants can use this report to view the sync status of invoices and miscellaneous journal entries to the accounting platform during a date range.
Tip
Schedule an email to get notified about the sync status.
At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.
On the Reports page, search for and select Integrations Sync Status Report.
If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.
To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.
Click Refresh.
If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.
Note
A maintenance job runs once per day at a scheduled time to process deleted purchase and transfer orders.
To enable this functionality, a Zenoti customer representative must add the maintenance job at the center level. If this job is not configured, deleted purchase orders will remain in the pending state. Active purchase and transfer orders are processed continuously by the post-sale and refund jobs.
The following table describes the columns you see in the Integration sync status report:

Zone | Zone in which a center is configured with a sync job |
Center Name | Center in which a sync job is configured |
Total Invoices | Number of invoices to be synced based on the configuration for the sync date:

Processed Invoices | Number of invoices that are processed and synced |
Pending Invoices | Number of invoices that are pending to be synced |
Failed Invoices | Number of invoices that failed during the sync |
Total Misc. Journals | Number of miscellaneous journal entries to be synced for the sync date |
Processed Misc. Journals | Number of miscellaneous journal entries that are processed and synced |
Pending Misc. Journals | Number of miscellaneous journal entries that are pending to be synced |
Failed Misc. Journals | Number of miscellaneous journal entries that failed during the sync |
Response message | Structured response messages are displayed for each payment entry, helping users interpret payment statuses easily. |

These indicators help users spot discrepancies, investigate causes faster, and ensure alignment across systems.
Summary invoice numbers are clickable, allowing quick access to detailed payment records in the Sale Order Summary Details report. This is also applicable to Payments, Sale Order Summary Details, Misc Journal Entries, Items, Chart of Accounts, and Sale Order reports.
