How to access your W-2 or 1099 Tax Statement

This article explains how to locate and download your year-end tax statements (W-2 or 1099) through the myZen mobile application.

Follow these steps to access your W-2 or 1099 statement:

  1. Open myZen.

    Launch the myZen application on your mobile device.

  2. Navigate to the Menu.

    Tap the Menu option located in the bottom navigation bar of the app.

  3. Go to Payroll Details.

    From the Menu screen, scroll to find and tap Payroll Details.

  4. Open Tax Documents.

    • Within the Payroll Details section, tap Tax Documents. This section contains your available year-end statements, including W-2 and 1099 forms.

    • If your profile is linked to multiple businesses, a business filter will be available at the top of the Tax Documents section.

  5. Tap the relevant document to view or download it.

Note

  • W-2 and 1099 statements are typically made available after January 31st of each year.

  • If you do not see a document you expect, confirm that the correct business is selected using the business filter.

  • If you are a terminated employee, you can still access your paystub information by logging into the myZen app using your registered Mobile Number or Email ID.
