What is Marketplace?
Zenoti Marketplace allows you to browse through various add-ons and integrations supported within Zenoti.
What can I do in the Marketplace?
You can access details of add-ons, watch overview videos, and compare the different pricing plans available.
Use the Marketplace to buy SMS and Email credits. You can choose either a one-time purchase or a monthly recurring plan. Owners and managers can recharge their SMS and Email credits directly within Zenoti in an automated manner. Credits for one-time purchases are made available instantly, while recurring credits may take up to 1 business day to reflect on the account in each recurring cycle.
How do I access the Marketplace?
Marketplace is available in Admin mode as a menu item in Zenoti web.
Users with Admin mode access and permission to view the Marketplace (Permissions > Marketplace > View) can explore the available add-ons. However, only users with Owner and Manager roles can subscribe or unsubscribe.
What are the different add-ons that are available?
Currently, the Marketplace allows customers to purchase SMS and Email credits that were previously purchased via the ZMarket.
Can I still buy SMS and Email credits on ZMarket?
Yes. However, we encourage you to use Marketplace and enjoy benefits like a fully automated purchase process, instant accrual of credits, and so on. Also, we will retire ZMarket soon.
How do I apply a coupon that I used on ZMarket in the past?
You do not have to apply any coupons. If your account already has custom pricing, it is displayed on Marketplace. In case of any discrepancies, please write to billing@zenoti.com.
To what regions has this been rolled out ?
Even though Zenoti Marketplace is available to all regions except India, some add-ons may not be available in your country or region. Please write to support@zenoti.com for specific requests.
What are the limitations in purchasing credits using the new Marketplace?
Only a single center can be selected to add or accrue the credits. For multiple centers, the customer needs to buy for each center separately.
This feature may not be available in all regions, and currencies supported currently are USD, GBP, AUD, and CND.
Can I buy a different number of credits than the ones available in the price plans?
No. Please write to support@zenoti.com for specific requests related to custom plans.
How do I change my SMS recurring plan?
You cannot upgrade or downgrade to a different plan. Unsubscribe from the current plan and purchase the required plan.
Can I unsubscribe from the Marketplace?
Yes. You can view all your subscriptions on the left side panel of the Marketplace. Use the Cancel Subscription option available on the subscription details page to unsubscribe.
