Social Booking Metrics report
Center managers can use this report to view the bookings that were initiated from social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google and were made on their Webstore. The report captures the number of visits through the Book now button on their social media platforms.
Note that the data here will not match the data in Sales or Collection reports.
Important
Ensure that the report is enabled at the organization level: Configuration > Reports > Reports v1 > Online booking metrics > Social booking.
At the organization level, click Configuration > Reports > Online reporting.
From the Online appointment data list, select Social booking metrics and enter a date range.
