Allow booking and voiding past appointments
Enable this option to allow booking and cancellation of appointments for past dates. When disabled, appointments can be scheduled only for today and beyond, with no option for past dates.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.
Required permissions: None
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select Allow to book and void appointments in the past.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
