Allow partial payments using gift cards
When a guest wants to pay $115 but has only $100 on a gift card, the front-desk staff can use the gift card first and then the remaining $15 can be paid with another payment method. To allow this, you can enable use of gift card for partial payments on the invoices.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode
Required permissions: None
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Allow partial payments with insufficient gift card balance.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
To disable collecting partial payments using gift cards, turn off this toggle.
