Zenoti offers multiple kiosk experiences, with a new, modern kiosk experience being introduced and the existing kiosk gradually being phased out. The New Kiosk on ZMA is actively enhanced and recommended for most appointment‑based businesses, while the Zenoti Kiosk App (ZKA) is designed for large, dedicated displays and is a standalone solution for guest self-check-in. The existing kiosk is planned to be retired in July 2026.
