Center managers can use the Notification Email report to know the details of all the transactional email notifications that are sent to guests.
At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.
On the Reports page, search for and select the Notification Email report.
If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.
To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.
Click Refresh.
If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Center Name | Center from which the email was sent |
Guest Code | Code that uniquely identifies the guest |
Guest Name | Name of the guest |
Template | Email template that was used in the email notification |
Sent On | Date on which the email was sent from the center |
Email address of the guest | |
Sent To | List of email addresses to which the email notification was sent - guest's email address and the email addresses that were marked as CC in the template. |
