Configure opportunity capture sources and AI opportunity scoring
Use opportunity configuration to control which sources send opportunities into Lead management and to enable AI-powered opportunity scoring at the center or organization level.
Enable AI lead scoring (organization level)
This is the master control for AI opportunity scoring. Center-level scoring does not function unless this is turned on first.
At the organization level, navigate to Opportunity (Lead) management > AI lead manager.
Click the navigation panel.
Navigate to Settings > Lead configuration.
Turn on the AI opportunity scoring agent toggle.
Click Save.
Enable lead capture from HyperConnect (center level)
This tab appears only if a HyperConnect is active for the center.
At the center level, navigate to Opportunity (Lead) Management.
Click the navigation panel.
Navigate to Settings > Lead configuration.
Turn on the HyperConnect toggle from the Manage sources tab.
Click Save.
Enable AI lead scoring (center level)
AI opportunity scoring must be enabled at the organization level before you can activate it at the center level. If it is not enabled at the org level, contact your organization admin.
At the center level, navigate to Opportunity (Lead) Management.
Click the navigation panel.
Navigate to Opportunity (Lead) settings > Lead configuration.
Turn on the AI opportunity scoring agent toggle.
Click Save.
Enable lead capture from SmartBot
Note
This option appears only if SmartBot is configured for the center.
At the center level, navigate to Opportunity (Lead) Management.
Click the navigation panel.
Navigate to Opportunity (Lead) settings > Lead configuration.
Turn on the SmartBot toggle from Manage sources.
Click Save.
