Member report

Business owners and center managers can utilize this report to understand changes in their membership portfolio over specific periods. The report provides insights such as total sales, active member counts, and changes to membership statuses. This report focuses on individual memberships. For guests with multiple memberships, the report will include separate entries for each one.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select Member Report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the Sale Center, Dates, and select from the following Actions:

    • New Sales: Shows total memberships sold, including those sold and cancelled on the same day.

    • Active Members: Only members who are active throughout the selected period are filtered. Even if the selected period is just one day, it will display members who were active on that specific day.

    • Cancellations: Memberships sold and cancelled on the same day are excluded from this category. This category includes terminations also when both actions occur within the specified period. For instance, if a membership is cancelled before its duration ends and the termination occurs within the specified period, that membership is not displayed.

    • Frozen, Upgrades, Downgrades, Expired, Suspended: Displays memberships that were in these statuses at some point during the selected period and remained unchanged for the rest of that period.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Center where the membership was sold

Membership Name

Name of the membership sold

Guest Name

Name of the guest who purchased the membership

Membership Category

Category of the membership

Sale Date

Date on which the membership was sold/invoice was closed

Start Date

Membership start date

Membership status on start date

Membership status as of the start date of the selected date range

Recurring status on start date

Recurring status as of the start date of the selected date range

Membership status on end date

Membership status as of the end date of the selected date range

Recurring status on end date

Recurring status as of the end date of the selected date range

Action

The Action column contains information about the membership status of the member. This column can have values such as Active Members, New Sales, Frozen, Upgrades, Downgrades, Cancellations, Expired, and Suspended.

Membership Type

Indicates whether the membership is recurring or non-recurring

Payment Amount

Displays the Payment Amount from the membership details page. This shows the total cost associated with the membership.

Cancellation Reason

Specifies the cancellation reason indicated by the front-desk staff at the time of cancellation
