Book an appointment in ZMA v1

  1. Tap Appointments, and then tap the + sign.

  2. Using the search bar, select your guest. To add a new guest, tap + New Customer.

  3. Tap + Service, and then select the service.

  4. Specify the provider, duration, and room.

  5. Select a time from the available time slots.

  6. Tap Confirm Appointment.

Perform these steps

Book a day package

  1. At step 3, tap + Day Package, and then select the day package.

  2. Continue to step 5.

Add add-ons

  1. After step 3, add add-ons based on the guest's preference.

  2. Continue to step 4.

Add a new service from an existing appointment

  1. At step 6, tap Add another service.

  2. Search for and select the desired service and time, and then confirm the appointment.

Book appointments for a group of up to 6 guests

  1. At step 2, select the Booking for drop-down list to select the number of guests you want to book as part of the group appointment.

  2. Enter a group name.

  3. Enter guest details for each guest.

  4. Select service or day package, provider, room, duration, and time slot.

  5. Tap Confirm Appointment.

Mark the visit as surprise visit

  1. After step 2, select the Surprise Visit check box.

  2. Tap Select Host and enter the host's name.

  3. Tap Select Guest and enter the guest's name.

  4. Tap + Add Service and select a service.

  5. Select a time slot.

  6. Tap Confirm Appointment.

Book virtual appointment

  1. At step 2, using the search bar, select your guest. To add a new guest, tap + New Customer.

  2. Tap Add Service, and then select the service.

  3. Specify the provider, duration, room, and time slot.

  4. Tap Confirm Appointment.

  5. Tap Virtual Appointment.

  6. To email the link, tap the Email Details tab. To send the link via SMS, tap the Text Details tab.

  7. Tap Save.

    Note

    As a front-desk staff, you can tap Send Reminder to send an appointment reminder to your guest.
