Guest Retention Summary reports (v1)

Important

This is a legacy report. Businesses that have signed up with Zenoti after April 2022 do not have access to this report.

Center managers can use this report to view the number of guests who availed a service at your center during a specified period and came back for another appointment at a future date.

This report considers the following:

  • Closed appointments 

  • Only appointments and guest visits at the current center

  • Therapists whose base center is the current center

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Loyalty - Guest Retention Summary report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.
