One-time offers for memberships and packages
One-time offers are tools to grow your business. By offering packages and memberships at a discounted price for one time per customer, you can use them as special promotions to draw new guests or existing guests.
To use one-time offers, your administrator must enable it at the organizational level separately for memberships and packages.
After enabling one-time offers, you can create one-time offers for both packages and memberships.
Types of one-time offers
You can create two types of one-time offers:
For new guests only
When you configure a one-time offer For new guest only, only a guest who has not attended a class with the organization before or has not purchased an item (product, packages, gift cards, memberships) can buy this offer.
Note
You cannot sell a For new guests only one-time offer to an existing guest. An existing guest is any guest who has a closed invoice in the guest profile or has a package or membership added to their profile, even if the invoice is not closed.
For new and existing guests.
You can sell a For new and existing guests one-time offer to a guest who has already bought the offer earlier.
