Add-ons

Data for add-ons sold is based on the appointment date. Only closed appointments are considered. Even if a service has multiple add-ons, for the service with add-on metric, the service is considered only once.

To reconcile and drill in further, follow these steps:

  1. Click View reports .

  2. The Appointments report appears.

  3. From the Date Type list, select Appointment Date.

  4. Select Dates and Centers.

  5. From the Appointment Status list, choose Closed.

  6. Click Refresh.

  7. Download the report in Excel format.

  8. Filter the Add-on column to show only entries marked as Yes.

If you can't find the column you need, you can customize the report view to include it.
