Manage guest tasks
In this tab, you can view tasks that are auto-created because of no-shows and cancellations and tasks that are created manually by your manager.
View overdue tasks
On the guest's profile, click the Tasks tab.
Select the desired filters.
Select the Show only Overdue Tasks checkbox.
Edit a task
On the guest's profile, click the Tasks tab.
Click the Edit link.
On the window, you can change the status, due date, priority, and task owner.
Click Save.
Add notes for a task
On the guest's profile, click the Tasks tab.
Click the Edit link.
On the window, in the Notes box, enter the notes.
Click Save.
