Manage guest tasks

In this tab, you can view tasks that are auto-created because of no-shows and cancellations and tasks that are created manually by your manager.

View overdue tasks

  1. On the guest's profile, click the Tasks tab.

  2. Select the desired filters.

  3. Select the Show only Overdue Tasks checkbox.

Edit a task

  1. On the guest's profile, click the Tasks tab.

  2. Click the Edit link.

  3. On the window, you can change the status, due date, priority, and task owner.

  4. Click Save.

Add notes for a task

  1. On the guest's profile, click the Tasks tab.

  2. Click the Edit link.

  3. On the window, in the Notes box, enter the notes.

  4. Click Save.

Steps

Create a task

  1. Click Create New Task. If you do not see this button, reach out to your manager.

  2. Enter the required details.

    • The task owner can be an employee who must do the task.

    • You can add notes in the Add Notes box. To view notes on the task, click View last added Notes.

  3. Click Finish.

View the actions taken on a task

Click the View Details link of the task.

Delete a task

Click the delete icon. If you do not see this icon, reach out to your manager.
