Premium Providers

Premium provider feature allows you to set provider-specific pricing, ensuring that the most sought-after and skilled providers have higher rates for their services. This not only recognizes the value of highly skilled service providers but also allows you to distribute demand to other, less experienced providers who may be available, thus easing the load on the senior ones. By charging more for the high-demand providers, you increase your revenue per visit.

Example

A guest goes online to book a haircut for herself. The price is displayed as a range.

They can also see the price associated with each provider for the selected service.

You have Kyle, an experienced stylist with a loyal clientele, and Lily, a newer stylist who is still building her reputation. A haircut costs $50. However, because Kyle is experienced and guests specifically book appointments with him, you charge $65 for him to provide the same haircut. On the other hand, you charge the same $50 for the other junior stylists.

By setting premium pricing for Kyle, you increase your revenue per visit, while price-sensitive guests opt for appointments with Lily, helping to balance demand across the team.

Why use this feature?

  • Maximize revenue by increasing earnings per visit by charging a premium for skilled providers.
