Therapist Earnings Daily report

The Therapist Earnings daily report provides detailed information about all earnings of service providers or employees at your center.

Note

You can run this report either for the day or for the month.

  • If you run the report for the day, the report shows all earnings an employee made during the day.

  • If you run the report for the month, the report shows all earnings an employee made from the beginning of the month to the date on which you generate the report. That is, if you run the report on 17th of May, the report displays the employees' earnings from the 1st May to 17th May.

You can use this report to:

  • Track earnings of therapists' at your center.

  • View a break-up of therapist earnings by service and product sales.

  • View a break-up of therapist earnings by membership and package sales, and sale of prepaid card sales.

  • View a break-up of therapist earnings when guests choose to pay for (redeem) services, products, memberships, packages, or prepaid cards using a membership, package, or a prepaid card.

Follow these steps to run the report:

  1. Ensure that you are at the Center for which you want to run the report.

  2. On the main menu, click the Reports tab.

  3. On the Reports Dashboard, click Daily Reports For the Day or For the Month (from the filter).

  4. From the list of reports, click Therapist Earnings (Day) or Therapist Earnings (Month)The report opens in a new tab.

  5. Make your selections in the filter criteria and click Refresh

  6. To export the report, click the Excel or .CSV icons.

Filters

Criteria

Description

Date

The current date is the default date. f you want to view the report for the current date, select the option For the Day. If you want to view the report from the beginning of the month (1st of the month) till the current date, select the For the Month option.

Note

To view therapist earnings beginning on the 1s of the month to a different date, use the arrows to go to the next or previous date, or use the calendar to select a specific date.

Therapist Code

Displays the unique identifier of the therapist or the service provider.

Therapist Name

Displays the name the of the therapist.

Service Sale

Displays the revenue the provider earns on sale of services to guests. This means that the employee’s name was listed in the Sale Bycolumn of the invoice or due to split commission on the invoice. A sale of any item in Zenoti (services, classes, products, memberships, packages, gift cards, and prepaid cards) is the final price of the item after factoring in all the discounts and does not include tax.

Membership Redemption

Displays the credit balance redemption amount the provider earns for a service when a guest uses a membership to redeem a service.

Package Redemption

Displays the amount the provider earns for a service when the guest uses a package to redeem the service.

Prepaid Card Service Redemption

Displays the amount the provider earns for a service when a guest uses a prepaid card or a gift card to redeem the service.

Loyalty Point Service Redemption

Displays the amount the provider earns for a service when a guest uses loyalty points to redeem the service.

Service Revenue

Displays the amount a provider earns on services provided for invoices closed on that day. Service Revenue = Sum of previous 5 columns that is, Loyalty Point Service Redemption + Prepaid Card Service Redemption (includes Gift Card Service Redemption) + Package Redemption + Membership Redemption + Service Sale)

Projected Service Revenue

Displays the expected revenue amount the therapist may earn by the end of the month based on the revenue earned so far.

Example If the provider has earned $1000 till the 20th of the current month, then Zenoti calculates the Projected Service Revenue as 1000* (30/20). That is, $1500 is the Projected Service Revenue.

Loyalty Point Redemption

Displays the total amount the provider earns for services, products, and packages when a guest uses loyalty points to redeem these items (services, products, and packages).

Target Revenue

Displays the target revenue the employee is supposed to earn on a given day of the month.

Zenoti calculates target revenue as: Figure mentioned in Employee profile > General tab > Target revenue / 30 (days of the month)

Example: If the figure mentioned in Target Revenue field (Employee Profile > General tab) is 7000, then on any given day of the month, this Target Revenue field displays 233.33 (7000/30).

Note

For the Therapist Earnings Report (for the Month), the figure mentioned in the Employee profile > General tab > Target Revenue isthe target revenue for the month (the figure does not have to be divided by 30 in this case).

Product Sale

Displays the amount the employee earns on that day for selling products to guests.

Membership Product Redemption

Displays the amount the employee earns for selling a product when a guest uses a membership to purchase the product.

Prepaid Card Product Redemption

Displays the amount the employee earns for selling a product when a guest uses a prepaid card to purchase the product.

Package Product Redemption

Displays the amount the employee earns for selling a product when a guest uses a package to purchase the product.

Loyalty Point Product Redemption

Displays the amount the employee earns for selling a product when a guest uses loyalty points to purchase the product.

Membership Sale

Displays the amount an employee earns on that day for selling memberships.

Note

If a guest uses a prepaid card or redeems a membership credit balance to purchase a Membership, Zenoti does not include such an amount as part of the Membership Sale amount.

Prepaid Card Membership Redemption

Displays the amount the provider earns for selling a membership when a guest uses a prepaid card to purchase the membership.

Package Sale

Displays the amount the employee earns on that day for selling packages.

Prepaid Card Package Redemption

Displays the amount the employee earns for selling a package when a guest uses a prepaid card to purchase the package.

Loyalty Point Package Redemption

Displays the amount the employee earns for selling a package when a guest uses loyalty points to purchase the package.

Prepaid Card Sale

Displays the amount the employee earns on that day for selling prepaid cards.

Prepaid Card Prepaid Redemptions

Displays the amount the employee earns for selling prepaid cards when a guest uses prepaid cards to purchase more prepaid cards. >

Total Prepaid Card Redemption

Displays the total amount the employee earns when guests use prepaid cards to pay for services and products and to buy memberships, packages, and prepaid cards. Total Prepaid Card Redemption = Prepaid Card Service Redemption + Prepaid Card Product Redemption + Prepaid Card Membership Redemption + Prepaid Card Package Redemption + Prepaid Card Prepaid Redemption

Free Services

Displays the amount the provider earns on that day as part of free service revenues on invoices in which the provider provided the service. The amount that appears includes the amount the provider earns for a service when a guest uses loyalty points to redeem a service.
