New Front Desk Experience

The legacy versions of Appointment Book (Web), Appointment Book (Zenoti Mobile App), Guest Profile, and Register Management will no longer be available next month. After this date, reverting to the previous experience will not be possible.

Zenoti’s new front desk experience brings together a set of redesigned, modern workflows that help front desk teams work faster, reduce errors, and deliver a more seamless guest experience. . The New Front Desk Experience is a comprehensive redesign of Zenoti’s core operational interface and includes four integrated modules that modernize front desk operations across scheduling, guest management, and register workflows.

The experience includes the following modules:

Redesigned appointment booking experience on web with improved performance, usability, and navigation.

Appointment Book (Zenoti Mobile App)

Redesigned booking experience on the Zenoti Mobile App with streamlined scheduling workflows.

New Guest Profile

Revamped guest profile with a modern UI that consolidates guest information in a single view.

New Register Management

Streamlined register workflows that simplify opening, adjustments, and closing of registers.

The new FDO experience focuses on:

  • Faster access to critical guest and appointment information

  • Simplified, intuitive workflows for daily front desk tasks

  • Consistent, modern UI across scheduling, booking, guest management, and cash handling

Important

All four modules are enabled together at the center level as part of the New Front Desk Experience. During the transition period, customers can view the settings and revert to the previous experience if required. However, reverting will no longer be possible after April 13.
