View guest's campaign history

  1. Search for a guest from the Appointment Book and click View profile. Alternately, from the main menu, navigate to Loyalty > Guest > Manage Guests and click the guest's First Name.

  2. Click the Campaigns tab.

    On this tab, you can view the following details related to campaigns received by the guest:

    • Name, type, and channel

    • The date on which the campaign was sent

    Note

    Click the Campaign name to view the campaign summary.
