View coupons

In this tab, you can view the coupons that are issued to this guest on closed invoices.

Set or change the expiry date for an unused coupon

  1. On the guest's profile, click the Coupons tab.

  2. Click in the Expiration column.

  3. Pick a date.

    Note

    If you cannot change the expiry date, reach out to your manager.

Redeemable by All

Any guest who has the coupon number can redeem the coupon - not necessarily that only the guest who has received the benefit can redeem the coupon.

Status

The status of the invoice on which the coupon is redeemed.
