Configure role permissions for Lockers
Role permissions control which users can manage lockers, override the locker fee, or assign lockers to non-members during assignment, and access the Locker Report. Assigning the correct permissions ensures only authorized staff can perform these actions.
Locker-related permissions are grouped under three sections of the Edit Role page:
Administrator contains the Lockers permission group, which controls who can add, edit, and delete lockers.
Guest Manager contains the Override locker fee and Assign lockers to non-members permissions, which control overrides during locker assignment.
Reports v2 contains the Locker Report permission under the Operational section, which controls access to the Locker Report.

These permissions are located in the Administrator section of the permissions tab and govern who can manage locker records at a center.

In the Lockers row, select the checkboxes for Add, Edit, and Delete.
