Select a Payroll Funding Account during submission
Overview
You can now select or update the bank account used to fund a payroll run directly from within the payroll submission flow. There is no requirement to navigate to settings before running payroll.
Regular payroll: Select or change the funding account on the Preview screen before you submit.
Off-cycle payroll: The funding account selector is available as part of the off-cycle payroll creation flow.
This lets you choose the right account for each run. For example, using a different bank account for a specific pay period, without interrupting your workflow.
Select a Funding Account for Regular Payroll
Navigate to Employees > Zenoti Integrated Payroll and open the current pay period.
Complete your payroll review steps and proceed to the Preview screen.
On the Preview screen, locate the Bank Account field. It displays the default funding account on file.
To use a different account, click the dropdown and select the desired bank account.
Only bank accounts that have been added and verified in your ZIP funding settings are available for selection.
Confirm your selection and click Submit Payroll.
The selected account will be debited for this payroll run. Your default funding account setting is not changed. The current selection applies to this run only.

Select a Funding Account for Off-Cycle Payroll
When creating an off-cycle payroll run, the funding account selector appears as part of the setup flow.
Navigate to Employees > Zenoti Integrated Payroll and select Run Off-Cycle Payroll.
Complete the employee and earnings details.
In the funding section, select the bank account to use for this off-cycle run.
Review and submit.
Add or Manage Funding Accounts
To add a new bank account or update your default funding account:
Navigate to Employees > Zenoti Integrated Payroll > Settings (right-side menu).
Click Review Setup against the relevant business row.
Go to the Bank Account section.
New accounts must be verified before they appear in the funding account selector during payroll submission.
