Missed Opportunities in ezPulse shows the number of service guests who do not have a membership as of the end of the selected date range.

This metric highlights potential membership upsell opportunities.

Example: If 600 service guests visited during the period and 180 have active memberships, then:

Missed Opportunities = 420

This means 420 guests could be targeted for membership enrollment.
