Create opportunity categories
Role permissions to manage opportunity categories
To enable the necessary security permissions for managing opportunity categories, dispositions, and sales stages:
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Navigate to Security > Security roles.
Select a role and click the Permissions tab.
Expand the Administrator section, and for Opportunity Properties, select the Add, Edit, and Delete checkboxes.
At the organization level, Categories > Opportunities, you can create the following opportunity categories:
Opportunity category | Description | Examples |

Call dispositions | In call center terminology, a call disposition is an outcome of a call, such as 'Call me back after a day', 'Not interested', or 'Tell me more' |

Stages of sale or opportunity | Opportunity stages are high level phases of a sale or opportunity with a prospective customer. Zenoti provides the following default sales stages, which cannot be deleted (but can be inactivated):

Sources of sales opportunities | A source is the channel through which a sales opportunity originated. |

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Navigate to Categories > Opportunities, and then select the sub-menu.
Click Add.
Enter the required details.
Click Finish.
