Configure block out time for a provider
From the Appointments tab, tap the ellipsis (...) icon.
Note
To open the option to add block-out time in the Calendar view, tap the ellipsis icon next to the provider’s name.
Tap Add Block out time.
Select block-out time type, start time, and duration, and then enter any relevant notes.
Turn on Repeat for regular activities such as lunch or daily meetings.
Select the frequency, start date, and end date.
Note
You can set the block time to end on a specific date or after a set number of occurrences.
Tap Save.
Delete block out time
In the Details screen, tap the block out time to open the block out time details.
Tap Delete .
Edit block out time
In the Details screen, tap the block out time to open the block out time details.
Tap Edit.
Enable the new Appointment Book on Zenoti Mobile
On your tablet, open the Zenoti Mobile app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Zenoti Mobile V2
Select Appointment.
Note: If you enable the new Appointment Book, the Point of Sale will be automatically enabled for your center, and it cannot be cleared.
Enable the new point of sale on Zenoti Mobile
On your tablet, open the Zenoti Mobile app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Zenoti Mobile V2
Select POS.
Enable geofence for Zenoti Mobile
Geofence is a virtual boundary that you can specify around your store where you allow employees access to the full functionality of the Zenoti Mobile.
If employees step outside the specified area, they will not have access to any functionality of the Zenoti Mobile.
In iOS
Log in to Zenoti Mobile.
Tap Settings.
Tap Geofence.
Note
If you do not see Geofence, your role does not have the geofence edit permission.
Drag the slider to increase or decrease the geofence radius.
When you increase or decrease the radius, the geographical area gets highlighted, indicating that your employees can access Zenoti Mobile within the highlighted geofence.
You can also view the radius in meters next to the slider. For example, the radius set in the screenshot is ‘111 m’.
Tap Enable.
Zenoti enables the geofence radius for your center. All your employees can access the full functionality of Zenoti Mobile only when they are within the specified radius.
In Android
Log in to Zenoti Mobile.
Tap Settings.
Tap Geofence.
Note
If you do not see Geofence, your role does not have the geofence edit permission.

You can also view the radius in meters next to the slider. For example, the radius set in the screenshot is ‘142m’.
Tap Enable.
Zenoti enables the geofence radius for your center. All your employees can access the full functionality of Zenoti Mobile only when they are within the specified radius.
After you enable the geofence, you can update or modify the geofence radius when required.
Modify the geofence radius
In iOS
To update the geofence radius, drag the slider to increase or decrease the radius available on the Geofence page.
Tap Update.
Your employees can access the functionality of Zenoti Mobile within the radius you have reconfigured.
To disable the geofence radius, tap Disable.
Geofence radius gets disabled for both iOS and Android users (employees).
In Android
To update the geofence radius, drag the slider to increase or decrease the radius available on the geofence page.
Tap Update.
Your employees can access the functionality of Zenoti Mobile within the radius you have reconfigured.
To disable the geofence radius, tap Disable.
Points to note
To mark accurate geofence radius or location, we recommended that you enable geofence using Zenoti Mobile.
Note
When you enable geofence from Zenoti Mobile, the geofence is applied to all your center employees. You do not need to enable geofence for each individual employee.
Ensure that you are at your center while enabling the geofence because geofence always picks your current location while setting the geofence location or radius.
Audit products and conduct stock count
Go to Settings.
Select the current center that you want to audit.
Tap Product Audit.
Tap the Retail Audit drop-down list to open the following options:
Retail Audit: To enter the retail product for auditing.
Consumable Audit: To enter and audit the consumables.
Tap Add Products.
Tap one of the following in Adding to:
Floor: To add the product for use on the floor.
Store: To add the product sold in the store.
Do one of the following:
Tap Add.
You can use the camera on your iPad or iPhone or a Zenoti-compatible bar code scanner to scan the products.
Zenoti automatically connects to your external barcode scanning device. You can use the external device to scan the products that are up to 10 meters only. You can also tap the Floor or Store field and modify the product quantity.
Note
The Add option is available only if you have a Bluetooth device configured to your device. Enable Bluetooth via Settings on your iPad or iphone to connect the external device to your iPad or iphone.
Tap Scan.
Zenoti automatically opens your device’s camera. You can scan the barcode or QR code of the products. To modify the product quantity, tap and enter a value in the Floor or Store field.
Enter the product name or code and tap to select it. You can also tap the Floor or Store field to modify the product quantity manually. The details such as product name, the number of units added, and if it is added as retail or consumable appears.
Tap Add Products.
Tap Submit Audit.
Depending on the unaudited products, under the Select audit option for unaudited products section, select one of the following :

Use projected stock values for unaudited products - negative stock would be considered as no stock
This option is selected by default and indicates that the stock quantities for unaudited products are reset with the quantities from the current stock. Stocks that have negative quantities are reset to zero.
Example: Consider you have three products, Aloe Vera Face Wash, Shea Butter Face Cream, and Green Tea Shampoo, in your warehouse. You have audited and updated the stock quantities of Aloe Vera Face Wash, and Shea Butter Face Cream as 30 and 40, respectively. You have not audited Shampoo, and say in the current stock, its quantity is -3 (minus 3). After you submit your audit, you will observe that the stock quantities are as follows on the Reconciliation page:
Aloe Vera Face Wash: 30
Shea Butter Face Cream: 40
Green Tea Shampoo: 0
Use projected stock values for unaudited products - negative stock would be maintained
When you select this option, stock quantities for unaudited products are reset with the quantities from current stock. Stocks that have negative quantities will continue to show as negative.
Consider you have three products Aloe Vera Face Wash, Shea Butter Face Cream, and Green Tea Shampoo, in your warehouse. You have audited and updated the stock quantities of Aloe Vera Face Wash, and Shea Butter Face Cream as 30 and 40, respectively. You have not audited Shampoo and say in the current stock, and its quantity is -3 (minus 3). After you submit your audit, you will observe that the stock quantities are as follows on the Reconciliation page:
Aloe Vera Face Wash: 30
Shea Butter Face Cream: 40
Green Tea Shampoo: -3 (minus 3)
Use zero stock values for unaudited products
If selected, stock quantities for unaudited products are reset to zero, irrespective of what quantities they have in the current stock. Stocks that have negative quantities are also reset to zero.
Consider you have three products Aloe Vera Face Wash, Shea Butter Face Cream, and Green Tea Shampoo, in your warehouse. You have audited and updated the stock quantities of Aloe Vera Face Wash as 30. You did not audit products Shea Butter Face Cream and Green Tea Shampoo, and say in the current stock, the product quantities are 40 and -3 (minus 3), respectively. After you submit your audit, you will observe that the stock quantities are as follows on the Reconciliation page:
Aloe Vera Face Wash: 30
Shea Butter Face Cream: 0
Green Tea Shampoo: 0
Tap Submit.
Note
To add consumables, repeat steps 5 to 11.
Important
After you submit an audit, you cannot make any changes to it. To reconcile your stock, use Zenoti Web. Learn how to perform a reconciliation.

Navigate to the Appointments section and open the calendar view.
At the bottom of the calendar view, tap the arrow.
