Add or edit cancellation reasons
You can configure reasons to select when canceling an appointment.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.
Required permissions: None
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Cancellation reasons.
You can add or edit an existing cancellation reason:
To add a cancellation reason, click Add and enter the name, code and description.
You can only add a cancellation reason at the organization level.
To edit a cancellation reason, select an existing reason and edit the information.
You can do this at both the organization and center level.
To make the reason for the cancellation available for usage, select the Active checkbox.
To make the reason for the cancellation available on the Webstore, select the Use in online booking checkbox.
Click Save.
