Quote details report
This article explains how to use the Quote details report to track and analyze all quotes created across your organization.
Overview
The Quotes details report provides insights into the quotes created in a center or organization, their statuses, and their conversion into invoices. It provides a comprehensive view of each quote’s status along with details of the items, guests, and employees associated with the quote.
With this report, you can:
Monitor sales performance by tracking quote-to-invoice conversion rates.
Identify follow-up opportunities by spotting quotes nearing their expiry date.
Understand guest behavior through repeat quote patterns and item preferences.
Evaluate pricing and discount strategies by reviewing applied discounts and final prices.
Assess employee impact by seeing who creates and converts quotes most effectively.
Prerequisites
The Enable quote setting must be turned on for your organization for this report to be available.
To grant a user permission to view the Quote details report, follow these steps:
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Navigate to Security > Security roles.
Select a role and click the Permissions tab.
Expand the Reports (V2) section, and for Operational, select the Quote Details checkbox.
Access the Quote details report
To access the Quote details report:
At the organization level, click the Reports icon.
On the Reports page, search for and select the Quote details report.
If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.
To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.
Click Refresh.
If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.
The following table describes columns in the Quote details report.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Quote ID | A unique number generated when the quote is created. |
Created Date | The date on which the quote was created. |
Expiry Date | The date on which the quote expires or has expired. This column helps you track and follow up on expiring quotes. |
Status | The current status of the quote. This could be one of the following values:

Guest Name | The name of the guest for whom the quote was created. |
Center Name | The name of the center in which the quote was created. |
Item Category | The category of the item in the quote. For example, a service category such as ‘Hair Loss Treatments’. |
Item Sub Category | The subcategory of the item in the quote. For example, a service subcategory such as ‘Scalp Rejuvenation Treatments’. |
Business Unit | The business unit associated with the item in the quote. |
Item Name | The name of the item included in the quote. |
Item Type | The type of the item in the quote. For example, Product, Service, Day Package. |
Quantity | The number of units of the item in the quote. |
Price | The price of the item in the quote before discount is applied. |
Discount | The amount of discount applied to the item in the quote. |
Final Price | The final price of the item after discount is applied. |
Created By | The name of the employee who created the quote. |
Discount Name | The name of the discount applied to the item in the quote, if any. |
Internal Notes | Internal-only notes for context or follow-up. |
Description | Notes describing the quote. This is visible to the guest. |
Email Sent | Indicates if the quote was emailed to the guest. |
Convert By | The name of the employee who converted the quote to an invoice. This column is blank for records that are not yet converted. |
Invoice Price | The price of the converted invoice. This column is blank for records that are not yet converted. |
Parent Quote ID | Quote ID of the original quote, if revised. |
Invoice No | The unique number generated for the converted invoice. This column is blank for records that are not yet converted. |
Converted Date | The date on which the quote was converted to an invoice. This column is blank for records that are not yet converted. |
