How do I customize the order of employees and services in Zenoti?

Zenoti lets you control the order in which employees and services appear in the Appointment Book and online booking. You can sort employees automatically or set a custom order using the Therapist Order screen.

Customize employee order in the Appointment Book

  1. At the center level, navigate to Configuration > Appointments > Interface > Display.

  2. Under Specify the display order for therapists, choose one option:

    • By name

    • By job

    • By schedule

    • By booking value

    • Custom

  3. If you select Custom, click Configure.

  4. In the Therapist Order window, enter the order number for each employee.

  5. Click Save.

Customize the display order of service categories

  1. At the center level, navigate to Configuration > Services > Service Categories.

  2. Select the service category you want to update.

  3. On the General tab, update the Display order value.

  4. Repeat for other categories if needed.

  5. Click Save.

Only active employees and deputed employees for that center appear in the Therapist Order list.
