Loyalty points - Balance as-on-date reports (v1)

Center managers can use this report to view the balance of loyalty points the guests have as of a date based on the center where the invoice was created.

Note

To view the report by guests' base center, select Guest center as a filter criterion.

Points to consider

Loyalty points awarded against all the invoices raised at the center for guests whose base center is the current center.

Loyalty points awarded by the center to guests from your center or any other center

Tier Name

Name of the tier the guest is enrolled

For regular programs, you will not see this column.

Receipt No

Receipt on which full payment is received

Name of the program

  • For a regular loyalty program, this column is the name of the promotion

    If there's no promotion, you will see Loyalty Points in this column

  • For a tiered program, you will see the tier name

Earned

Number of points earned on the invoice

Earned On

Date on which the points were awarded

Redemption Start

Date starting which the guest can redeem points earned

Redemption End

Date ending which the guest cannot redeem points earned
