Classes visibility on CMA
Organizations with multiple centers can control Class visibility on CMA at the center level, ensuring customers only see Classes at centers where they are available.
Disabling Classes at the center level hides classes from CMA for that center only. It does not affect class creation or management at the organization level.
Prerequisites
Classes must be enabled and configured for your business.
Class visibility on CMA is controlled at the organization and center levels. The organization-level setting must be enabled for the center-level setting to take effect.
Ensure center level overrides for CMA are enabled at the organization level.
At the organization level, click Configuration.
Select Online Booking.
Navigate to Online Booking settings > CMA v3 settings > General.
Expand the Centers section.
Turn the toggle on for Allow center to override organization catalog — V3 settings. If this toggle is turned off, some of the center and organization level settings, such as Enable Classes , are not visible at the organization level.
Click Save.
Ensure Classes are enabled at the organization level.
At the organization level, click Configurations.
Select Online Booking.
Navigate to Online Booking settings > CMA v3 settings > Classes.
Expand the General section.
Turn the toggle on for Enable Classes. If this toggle is turned off, Classes do not appear on CMA for any center, regardless of the center-level setting.
Click Save.
Enable or Disable Classes on CMA for a Center
User roles: Available to Center Admins and Managers.
At the center level, click the Configurations icon and select Online Booking.
Navigate to Online Booking Setup.
Ensure the Apply organization-level CMA v3 settings checkbox is cleared.
Note
If this checkbox is selected, the center inherits all CMA v3 settings from the organization, and the Enable Classes checkbox is not available for configuration.
Select or clear the Enable Classes checkbox under the CMA v3 settings.
Click Save.
Considerations
When the Enable Classes checkbox is cleared, classes are hidden from CMA for that center, including references in the bottom navigation tab, quick link tiles, My Account entries, and other menu items.
If a customer navigates directly to a Classes URL at a disabled center, Zenoti redirects them to a safe page indicating that classes are not available at the selected center.
When switching centers on CMA, Zenoti re-evaluates the class settings for the newly selected center in real time. If classes are disabled at the selected center, all class entry points are hidden immediately. If enabled, classes appear in all configured entry points.
