Service Category Quantity
Service Category Quantity in ezPulse shows the total number of services delivered within each service category during the selected date range.
This metric helps teams understand service volume distribution across categories, independent of revenue, and identify which service categories are most frequently performed.
Example:
If the following services were delivered during the reporting period:
Haircut services: 420
Color services: 280
Treatment services: 120
Then:
Haircut Quantity = 420
Color Quantity = 280
Treatment Quantity = 120
This means haircuts were the most frequently delivered service category during the selected period.
