Enable class certificates
Before you can create or manage certificates, the feature must be enabled at the organization level. This is a one-time setup step performed by a center manager or administrator before certificates can be created or assigned to classes.
At the organization level, select Configurations.
Navigate to the Fitness section.
Select General setup, then select Miscellaneous.
Locate Enable class certifications and turn the toggle on.
Click Save.
Note
Once the toggle is on, the Certificates page shows No data found until the first certificate is created.
