AI-Generated Review Summary
The AI-Generated Review Summary feature helps users efficiently interpret and respond to customer feedback collected across multiple sources. This includes a word cloud visualization and keyword filtering functionality, enabling users to explore review content by specific terms and topics.
These summaries are updated in real time based on incoming review data.
Keyword Word Cloud
The word cloud component visualizes the most frequently occurring keywords and phrases found within customer reviews. Font size represents relative frequency, larger words indicate more mentions across the dataset.
Clicking on any word in the word cloud automatically filters the review list.
Only reviews containing the selected keyword will be displayed.
This allows users to examine specific themes in detail, such as all feedback related to “great service” or “staff professionalism.”
This feature is particularly useful for identifying trends and understanding context around common sentiments. For example: If several customers mention “wait time” as an issue, this phrase will appear in the word cloud. Clicking on “wait time” will isolate reviews mentioning it, allowing staff to verify whether it is a recurring operational issue.
Organize and Prioritize Reviews
You can use filter options to categorize and manage reviews efficiently:
By Date: View reviews received within a specific timeframe.
By Source: Show only Google reviews.
By Rating: Focus on specific star ratings. For example, only 4-star reviews
By Response Status: Identify which reviews have been addressed and which are pending
For instance, if you want to respond to all 4-star reviews, simply apply the filter and prioritize responses accordingly.
