Forms data export report (v2)

Note

  • This report only considers Service forms and Tag forms.

  • To enable this report, talk to a person from Zenoti Support.

Aestheticians can use this report to get the field-level information that each patient has filled in a form. For example, vaccination status or injectables a patient has taken. This helps an aesthetician prepare for a procedure.

  1. Click the Reports icon.

  2. Search and open the report.

  3. Select the desired filters.

  4. Click Export.
