Configure automatic logout for inactive users on Zenoti Mobile
If users of Zenoti Mobile stay in inactive for a set period of time, they will automatically be logged out from the application.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.
Required permissions: None
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Allow automatic logout of inactive users for Zenoti Mobile.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
To disable automatic logout, turn off this toggle.
Note
When an AI Scribe recording is in progress, the automatic logout does not apply regardless of this setting. The user remains logged in until the recording is completed.
