Create a group booking for a class on ZMA v2 for tablets and mobiles
Overview
This article explains how front desk staff can use the group booking feature to enroll multiple students or guests in a single class session, manage guests, sign them in, and take a consolidated payment.
Use group booking to add guests to a class
Login to Zenoti Mobile Application (ZMA) and tap Classes.
On the Classes landing page, select the class for the group booking.
Review the class details such as the class duration and the list of signed-in, waitlisted, or cancelled guests.
If there is no host listed, tap the + icon to add a host guest.
To assign a host, search for and add an existing guest, or tap Create Guest to create a new guest profile.
If a host is already present, their name appears at the top of the guest list.
Note
By default, the first guest added to a group booking becomes the host. All additional guests are linked under the host’s group profile.
Tap the three-dot menu icon next to the host’s name.
Search for and select the guests you want to add to the group.
Note
You can add up to five guests to a group booking. After you have added five guests, the option Add Guest is no longer visible.
Manage group attendance
Tap the three-dot menu icon next to a student’s name.
From the menu, select one of the following:
Add Guest: Add another guest (if limit not reached).
Mark as Cancelled: Cancel the guest’s booking.
No Show: Mark the guest as absent.
Remove from Class: Remove the guest entirely.
When a student arrives, tap Sign In to confirm their attendance.
Take payment for the group
To collect payment for the group, tap Take Payment under the host’s name. You can also initiate payment under any student’s name if needed.
On the Invoice Summary page, tap the dropdown arrow at the top to display all students in the group.
Tap any student’s name to view their individual invoice. Each invoice lists attended classes and the corresponding charges.
Scroll to the bottom of the Invoice Summary page.
Tap Proceed to finalize and collect the payment.
