Create a bundle
A bundle is a collection of services and products that provides guests with the convenience of booking and enjoying everything in a single visit.

At the organization level, click the Master data icon.
Navigate to Bundles.
Click Add Bundle.
Add basic information on the General tab:
Enter a Name and Code; both fields are required. The bundle Code helps front-desk staff quickly find it during booking.
Select the Business Type and Service Category.
Note
These fields are visible only if the bundle configuration allows assigning a service category and business type.
Add a description.
To make this bundle available on the POS, set the Active toggle to Yes.
Select the Business Unit for the bundle.
To restrict the sale of the bundle to specific dates, click the No restriction link next to Restrict Sale to Specific Days and specify the dates. By default, there are no restrictions on the sale dates.
Click Next.
To specify the services that will be available in the bundle, fill out the following information on the Services tab:
From the Add Service by list, select one of the available options:
Service Category: Select the Category and Sub Category. Specify the display order in the Order field. Click Add.
Service: Start entering the name of the service in the Service field and relevant services will automatically show up, then select the service. Enter the order to be enforced during redemption as a number in the Order field. Click Add.
Services with same Tag: In the Tag field start entering a tag name and relevant tags will automatically show up. Then select the tag. Specify the display order in the Order field. Click Add.
Click Next.
To specify the products that will be available in the bundle, fill out the following information on the Products tab:
From the Find product by list, select one of the available options:
Product Category: Select the Category and Sub Category. Click Add.
Product: Start entering the name of the product in the Productfield and relevant products will automatically show up, then select the product. Click Add.
Products with same tag: In the Tag field start entering a tag name and relevant tags will automatically show up. Then select the tag. Click Add.
Click Next.
Select the centers where this bundle is available on the Centers tab:
Select the checkbox next to the center name to make this bundle available for sale.
Enter the discount percentage.
Click Next.
To define how you want the product to appear on your web store and mobile application, provide the information on the Catalog tab:
To make this bundle available for guests on Webstore and CMA, select the Show in the webstore and mobile app checkbox.
In the Display Name field, enter the name of the package to be displayed on Webstore and CMA. This can be different from the bundle name that you specified on the General tab.
Specify the duration of this bundle from the Display Time list.
Enter the position that this package should display with other packages in Webstore and CMA, in the Display Order column.
To enable online booking of this bundle, select the Allow customer to book this bundle checkbox.
If there's a YouTube video related to this bundle, enter the video's URL in YouTube Video ID.
Enter a title for the page on Webstore/CMA where you want the package details to appear, in the Page Title column.
Enter the Meta Keywords. These appear in the HTML code of a webpage and help the search engines to understand the topics of the page, and also help it locate the page based on the search keywords.
Enter a Meta Description for the bundle in the catalog. A meta description is an HTML element that helps the search engines understand your page and show the page for relevant searches.
Note
YouTube Video ID, Page Title, Meta Keywords, and Meta Description are only applicable to Webstore V1 and do not apply to Webstore V2 or CMA V3.
Enter a HTML Description and Benefits (HTML). These details are displayed on Webstore/CMA.
Click Finish.
