Center Visits Report

The Center Visits report provides owners and managers a snapshot of member or guest visits to their center on a specific date or during a specific period.

  1. Click the Reports icon.

  2. In the search box, enter Center Visits and select the report.

    Alternatively, click the report category and click the report from the list.

  3. Select the desired filters.

    You can view the report only for those centers to which you have access.

  4. Click Refresh

Description

New Guest

An indicator if the guest is a new guest based on the following criteria:

  • Guest with no closed invoice before the appointment date for the given center.

  • Guest with no previous visits.

  • Guest without an existing membership.

Visit Source

Name of the visit or membership used for the guest.

Guest Count

The total number of guests in a group. The guest count displays '1' for individual guests without grouping on the report.

Center Name

Center where the member or guest checked in.

Check-In Source

The source via which the guest or member checked in to the center.

Check-In Type

The check-in type data identifies whether check-in is for a Member or check-in is completed using a Guest Pass.

Filters
  • Check-In Source: Filter member visits based on the platform used for check-in. Sources can be Kiosk, mobile, or web.

  • Check-In Type: The Check-In Type filter enables you to segregate and view only member check-ins, guest pass check-ins, or both.

Grouping on the report

Use the Group by option on reports to summarize visits by :

  • Visits for each date by check-in

  • Visits to each center

The Guest count column gives the total number of guests in the grouping selected on the report.
